Head of Market Risk Business/Project Management recruitment
Glenhill Group are recruiting on behalf of a top-tier bank for a head of business/project management within the market risk group. We are looking for candidates with at least 8 years’ experience in project/business management along with experience of market risk management; The ideal candidate should also have a strong academic background. The role will be responsible for all process related activities, some of the following duties will include.
• General Administrative Management
• Financial Management
• Project Management
• Governance and Controls
• Partner/Vendor Management
• People Management
The role requires good general business management skills where the job holder will lead all process related issues and identify define and implement action plans to improve business efficiency and effectiveness within business unit activities through innovation, rationalizing systems and processes. It is also important that the job holder has a strong background in MIS (Management Information Systems) as you will be responsible to manage creation and establishment of a robust and scalable MIS and reporting infrastructure. You will also develop and maintain effective and efficient processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational risks and ensure that effective controls are built.
The Job holder should be a systematic and analytical thinker with excellent leadership skills; you will be an adaptable team player who can communicate with all levels of staff including senior management.
