Head of Marketing - Surgical

Salary to c.£65k + 35% bonus + full benefits
With leading brands such as BARRIER®, Biogel®, HiBi® and ProcedurePak®, together with our recently launched Patient Warming system Barrier® EasyWarm® this is an outstanding opportunity to lead a team of talented marketers to drive our surgical efficiency strategy, one of the most innovative initiatives in the surgical arena. With revenues in the region of £60m, we're looking for a truly talented marketer who will both lead the 'efficiency' journey and join our succession talent pool.
You'll be a high performing health care marketer, with proven business leadership and people management skills, a thorough understanding of business finance, strategy and health economics, coupled with the ability to closely align marketing and sales. It's likely that you'll have also spent time in a selling role and have successful experience of service and added value concepts.
