Head of Marketing and Sales
To strengthen our Treasury department we have an opening for a Head of Marketing Sales.
Main responsibilities:
- Conduct Marketing Sales Strategy in line with the Strategy of the Treasury department
- Manage and maintain existing clients’ base
- Acquire / develop / enlarge the customer’s base to enhance business opportunities
- Manage the Bank’s FX Trading platform
- Initiate and monitor the new on-boarding clients on the Bank’s FX Trading platform
- Advise the Institutional Private clients and offer them all the Treasury services and products (FX spot, Forward, Swaps, Money Market), including the Bank’s FX trading platform, on a regular basis
- Understand the client’s needs and develop comprehensive solution to meet their requirements
- Support other Treasury divisions and business units of the Bank in terms of cross selling and new product orientation
- Adapt to the changing market conditions using appropriate strategy
Requirements:
- BA in Finance and/or Economics.
- 6 to 10 years’ experience in Treasury Marketing and Sales
- Excellent knowledge of financial markets. Emerging markets knowledge is an asset.
- Good knowledge of Treasury products (money market, swap, FX ) and familiarity with FX platforms
- Good analytical skills
- Sound command of Reuters Dealing and Bloomberg
- Good IT technical skills
- Good marketing and selling skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Ready to travel on a regular basis.
- Team player, good cooperation/interpersonal skills
- Dynamic, self-motivated
- Creative and initiative taker, well-organized
- Ability to anticipate risks
- At ease in a stressful environment
- Ability to adapt to different situations/cultures
