Head of Marketing & BD recruitment

My client is a well established fund manager who has recorded excellent growth over the past 10 years. As a result they are looking for an individual to help devise a strategy that would allow them to increase effectiveness of their Sales and Marketing teams and to turn around projects.

While being a key member of our clients Global Services Sales team, you would be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies as member of global sales team

• Implementing strategy to engage a value based and consultancy led sales process

• Providing leadership in client relations regarding implementation projects and sales of consultancy services

• Providing strong leadership to the sales team to maximise performance in terms of revenues, growth targets and profits, delivered against company performance targets

• Increasing efficiency and ROI in the Marketing process

• Raising brand awareness

• Demonstrating exemplary individual sales performance involving direct involvement in high profile sales pitches

To be considered for the role, you would:

• Be a consummate sales professional with the intellectual ability to engage with clients’ business and develop and improve the company's sales processes

• Has extensive experience in both retail, intermediary and institutional markets

• Come from a background familiar with complex, multi-level, consultative and value based selling combined with the ability to operate in an entrepreneurial high-growth culture

• Be a self-starter, who is able to operate successfully in this dynamic and fast-moving corporate environment without the support of an extensive bureaucratic support system

• Have capabilities of supporting a multi-level sales strategy by working as a part of the team and driving the process

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence and resilience to interact with the international leadership team
