Head of Marketing & Communications, Indonesia recruitment
As the Head of Marketing Communications, you be responsible for establishing an effective internal and external communications strategy to promote and manage the reputation of the organisation and its key stakeholders in Indonesia. You will develop and execute a clear, regular and effective communications strategy necesssary to enhance employee pride and belonging. Change mangement skills will be absolutely essential. You will also establish and maintain good media relations, assist with positioning the Country President and business heads as thought leaders, exploit media opportunities where possible to raise brand visibility and further business development opportunities as well as develop local key messages that resonate with the target audience.
Besides assisting the business with various aspects of business support to create and enhance opportunities for business development, you will also provide guidance to businesses on the application of the corporate identity and assist in developing and proof reading of marketing collaterals and advertising.
The incumbent will maintain good online presence both internally and externally as well as craft key corporate messages for internal and external consumption, researching and preparing speeches/presentations. You will also orchestrate external events to raise brand visibility with key external stakeholders and engage with community groups to promote the organisation's corporate social responsibility.
The incumbent should have a University degree in Communications with at least 7 years of work experience in Corporate Communications in Indonesia. He/She must have excellent written and verbal skills and be effectively bilingual in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. You must have previous experience in working in a similar capacity within an MNC, preferably in the financial services sector. Besides having experience in handling change management communications, you must be capable of working independantly, be proactive and resourceful. An eye for detail especially for brand management and having a pulse on the local market trends and media opportunities is essential.
