Head of Marketing & Product Development – Consumer Loan recruitment
Our client, a listed Bank group is currently seeking for a high calibre to join the management team.
Responsibilities
- Directly report to Head, Consumer Loans Department to drive the consumer loan business
- Develop effective promotion strategies to achieve business targets
- Responsible for formulation of promotion plans, market/trend analysis, budget control and sales channel distribution
- Manage product development of instalment and revolving loans including system setup and credit policy establishment
- Coordinate with various parties to explore cross-sell promotion opportunities
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably in banking / financial institutions
- Solid experience in product development and marketing promotion of consumer loan products an advantage
- Aggressive, analytical and strong in project management and time management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and report writing skills
