Head of Marketing recruitment

Reporting to the Head of Retail for the bank and working closely with Retail business heads this is a newly created position that will be responsible for providing leadership in idea creation and for translating the retail business objectives to facilitate growth of the Retail business.

This will fall across customer experience and achieve their ambition of being a bank for the future.

You will be responsible for the following:

Defining an external and internal communication plan in consultation with all Business/Function Heads including identification of content, media and audience for all communication activities, and ensuring implementation of the same.

Preparing advertising briefs in alignment with Retail marketing strategy that is aligned to the overall banks strategy, coordinating with advertising agencies for development of advertising campaigns and reviewing the creative’s to ensure the appropriate message is conveyed to the customers.

Manage Retail business electronic marketing efforts including supervision of Web site design and maintenance.

Building and managing strong working relationships with all internal departments and external stakeholders, ensuring collaboration on complex or sensitive matters.

In terms of other skills, this person will need to work closely with the business, so building on these relationships is a must.

You will also have Strong knowledge of banking, banking products and distribution channels.
