Head of Marketing recruitment

You will have global responsibility for Marketing strategy, subsequent activities and marketing budget for a specific area within this business area. The role has a global scope and contributes to the delivery of business objectives by creating and delivering providing strategic Marketing plans and activities to directly support business objectives such as revenue growth, market positioning and customer retention.

This role requires high levels of collaboration across the business and sales channels and works closely with senior executives in the business. This role provides executive management insight using sophisticated quantitative and qualitative methodologies about the markets, products and services, and customers, and helps to develop both short and long-term marketing strategies for competitive differentiation that contribute to solid business results.

As a talented marketer you will have a proven track record in developing deploying marketing strategies at a global scale and will ideally have worked in the B2B financial services space.  Specifically, we are looking for skilled marketers familiar with complex, big-ticket Enterprise or Infrastructure solutions, ideally within the “Real Time” financial information services space.

You will have exposure to all aspects of the strategic marketing tactics, in different target markets and have the ability to simplify complex ideas and products and adapt them to a variety of audiences. The role will require a natural leader, who is commercially focused and highly intellectual.
