Head of Marketing – Retail Banking Product recruitment
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all marketing programs and product development for Deposit, Secured and Unsecured Consumer Lending products and perform portfolio management for income generation
- Directing and formulating marketing strategies and policies for assets and liabilities of Retail banking Group to achieve business goals
- Developing the marketing strategies and plans to expand the bank’s market share in deposits, secured and unsecured consumer lending business
- Devising and implementing the marketing campaigns for both deposit and consumer loan products to achieve aggressive business targets
- Driving new product ideas with innovation to build market awareness and competitive edge
- Leading product team to formulate effective pricing strategies for optimizing Asset and Liability portfolio growth and interest income
- Liaising with internal departments, advertising and research agencies and other external parties to deliver quality service and achieve business targets in an effective and timely manner
- Controlling and managing the marketing budget and ensure effectiveness of every marketing campaign
- Providing guidance and coaching to subordinates as required to ensure that they are competent to perform their jobs
Requirements:
- University degree in Business or related disciplines
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant marketing experience in deposit and loans products in banking / financial field
- Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills with financial acumen
- Creative and organized and sawy in MIS
- Proactive, outgoing and a good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
