Head of Metals Trading, China recruitment

Roles and responsibilities:

 - newly created role, first of it's kind in China, this person will report to the Asia CEO

 - strategy building with management on how to grow the franchise in China inclusive of but not limited to people management, revenue growth, government relationship, stakeholders management, mergers and acquisitions

 - strong understanding and awareness of risk management

 - solid knowledge of various financial solutions to optimise revenue

Requirements:

 - degree and master in Mathematics, Science or Statistics

 - over 10 years of metals trading experience in China

 - strong network with SOE, POE, producers and brokers

 - wide local banking contacts

 - fluent Mandarin speaker with strong command of English
