Head of Monitoring
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
* Maintain awareness of legislation and FSA changes.
* Provide the Head of Compliance with periodic Compliance updates on topics as relevant arising from compliance monitoring visits - relating to the process or results.
* Take responsibility for the implementation of the monitoring-related elements of the Annual Compliance Plan
* Monitor and provide accurate and timely reports on the business` compliance with the central compliance standards, policies and procedures that are required to be followed by the business.
* Provide training to client-facing and functional colleagues re: any remedial issues identified during the compliance monitoring visits
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished Compliance professional with a wealth of Monitoring experience from a Financial Services company based in Hampshire
A reputable IFA with a huge focus on Risk and Controls
up to £50000 plus package
