HEAD OF MORTGAGE LOANS recruitment
Responsible for Mortgage Loan product end to end including responsibilities for product PL, asset and sales growth, product development, credit performance, portfolio management, marketing and managing this end to end process.
Individual is responsible for Business strategy in line with UAE market and also along with driving business results will be responsible for technology initiatives, customer service as well as total business management end to end.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
List daily/weekly duties that account for at least 5% of the time as well as typical projects or assignments
FINANCIALS:
1. Achieve Mortgage Loan Finance Plan financials and any other subsequent plan changes based on external environment or internal investment
2. Prepare Monthly forecast on EBIT level
3. Manage end to end Yearly, MYF1 MYF2 planning exercise for Mortgage Loans.
4. Tracking of actual financial numbers against plan
PRODUCT:
5. Prepare Product Program in consultancy with all relevant/concerned Departments/Personnel and get it approved by the concerned departments / authorities.
6. Prepare detailed technology requirement in coordination with Credit / CAB Ops and other relevant departments and ensure system readiness for the product launch.
7. Prepare process notes with end-to-end functionalities in coordination of Sales, Credit CAB Ops to ensure successful launch, execution and completion of campaigns. Ensure that the same is signed off by all parties and documented. Ensure post analysis of campaigns is conducted post campaign closure.
8. Formulate and deliver on Personal Finance Business Strategy for 2012, in line with 3 years Business projection
9. Launch Mortgage Product in H2-2012.
SYSTEMS/TECHNOLOGY:
10. Define Mortgage system development / amendment requirements on an ongoing basis. This includes both conventional and Islamic Mortgage finance products. The individual should have a sound knowledge of Mortgage system as well as end to end business / system impact across all units
PARTNERSHIPS:
11. Arrange partnerships/alliances with different Real Estate Developers / Agents in the UAE and get those partnerships/alliances approved by Legal, Compliance, Credit to help Sales to solicit business from these partnerships/alliances.
DISTRIBUTION:
12. Define Distribution Strategy for various segments for Mortgages
13. Setup of various channels for mortgage sales
CREDIT:
14. Formulation of PPG along with credit and active participation in all credit policies for mortgages
15. Setup of CIU process - documentation, verification for mortgages
16. Assist in collection framework for mortgages
PORTFOLIO:
17. Conceive and initiate portfolio action programs to improve customer activity and stickiness to the Mortgage Loan product.
18. Prepare database analysis requests for execution of portfolio activities.
19. Track MIS on portfolio indicator rates, costs revenue.
20. Prepare analysis requests based on customer segments (MOB, income, nationality, etc) and prepare programs targeting specific segments.
21. Ensure that sample checks are conducted on databases received to ensure data accuracy.
22. To ensure that portfolio leads generated are distributed to the respective teams.
Marketing
23. Prepare creative briefs for the agency to capture the theme and create powerful advertisements. Ensure that the same is signed off by all parties and documented.
24. Ensure that all communication has business, legal, compliance, marketing services approval and to maintain audit trails for the same.
25. Ensure and track that campaigns are within budgets specified
26. Prepare customer communication items - DM, SMS, emails, statement message/envelope, etc and have them executed in a timely manner.
27. Ensure that all portfolio related information is updated at all customer contact points - website, ATM screens, posters, hold music, etc.
28. To prepare campaign related scripts for the Phones channel.
Legal Compliance
29. Manage all interactions, approvals and discussions with legal and compliance team on an ongoing basis for Mortgages
Customer Service
30. Ensure that any Customer service queries relating to portfolio activities are resolved / escalated in a timely manner.
