Head of Mortgage & Secured Lending recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Mortgage the Secured Consumer Lending products and services through product development enhancement, and portfolio management via different marketing programs such as acquisition, usage retention campaigns
- Leading a small team to develop marketing strategies and marketing plans to expand the bank’s market share on mortgage the secured consumer lending business
- Creating new products and enhancing existing products to maximize business opportunities
- Planning and implementing marketing campaigns for different Mortgage and Secured Lending products so as to achieve aggressive business targets
- Participating in the development of marketing communications strategies and develop marketing materials including above-the-line and below-the-line campaigns
- Liaising with internal departments, advertising and research agencies, and other external parties to deliver quality service and achieve business targets in an effective and timely manner
- Managing the Mortgage and Secured Lending portfolios through different marketing campaigns
- Monitoring closely the competitive environment including competitor’s activities and current market situation, and ensure the products are marketable, competitive and profitable
- Managing the marketing budget and ensuring high marketing efficiency for every marketing campaign
- Preparing relevant business proposals and reports for presentation to senior management
- Analyzing customers/product MIS to understand customer behaviour and trend for continuous improvement of the Mortgage and Secured Lending businesses
- Providing guidance and coaching to subordinates as required to ensure that they are competent to perform their jobs
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum of 8 years relevant working experience in banking/ financial institutions
- Strong network with fund house and investment banking
- Analytical, possess strong business judgment in data analysis
- Strong marketing, advertising, planning and project management skills and is results-oriented
- Creative, with drive and initiative, organized and analytical on financial and MIS
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
