Head of Network Infrastructure recruitment
The role within this financial institution is to ensure that voice, data, video and other telecommunications networks are planned, designed and implemented to provide highest standard and sufficient capacity, resilience, security and operability to provide high availability and service quality to meet SLA
Provide all Group devices including mainframe, workstations, servers, etc, connectivity via the Group's private international, regional and national network infrastructure
Control the implementation of physical elements of the network. Keep the network secured following the Group IT Security standards and up to dated in compliance with the evergreening policies.
Design new solutions, develop strategies, select standard products and develop common techniques to meet a wide range of business requirements. Act as the technology consultant and propose innovation in the telecommunication space.
Engage and manage relationship with 3rd party suppliers.
Ensure compliance with all relevant internal instructions (FIM, GMS, etc) and external regulatory requirements including the management of the operational risk and adherence to the Group's standard of ethical behaviour and Group's standard of sustainability.
Knowledge Experience / Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or post-graduate degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Exposure to the international Telecom regulatory environment and proven overseas work experience.
- Extensive practical experience and in-depth specialisation in implementing and managing large telecommunication networks.
- Strong leadership and management ability at Senior level.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and knowledge of the Group's business
- Formal written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills including the capacity to formulate and articulate the case of IT investments and alternatives in the language of business.
