Head of New Business Marketing recruitment

Principal Responsibilities:

• To manage the RFP process in support of the development of the business across all distribution channels.

• Develop members of the team and manage their workflow and submission timelines.

• Manage and assess incoming search opportunities, requests for information and due diligence requests.

• Work with broader marketing teams ensuring cross-sharing of ideas and work produced.

• Evolve the current process for the RFP function as a whole, including engaging with the broader business and ensuring ‘first in class’ responses to all opportunities.

• Raise the profile of the RFP function within the business along with other teams within marketing.

• Oversee the maintenance of both qualitative and quantitative data in the RFP database and on consultant databases.

• Ensure compliance with all legislative regulatory requirements including guideline standards and reporting requirements in order to reduce risk and operational loss for the Group.
