Head of Non Banking Financial Institutions recruitment
You will be responsible for the following:
Managing the portfolio of NBFI's in the region and developing the strategy in the region and Internationally.
You will be responsible for building relationships with the established and newly created NBF's in the region and share wallet size with key internal stake holders.
The role will also include marketing and positioning of the full range of the banks products in key countries and markets.
The key skill sets required:
Chartered accountant, MBA or Masters
15+ yrs experience, atleast 7-10yrs in FIG and NBFI's. 3yrs as a team leader/Director position
Proven ability to build a platform in any global region, with a particular interest in Europe/UK
Commercially aware and solid knowledge of banking products
Understanding of flow derivatives, FX, Commodities, transaction banking and securities processing would be an additional benefit
Excellent communications skills with fluency in English, spoken and written
