Head of OnBoarding ForexClear recruitment

Overview

· To be the central point of contact to manage the introduction of new members and their clients to ForexClear

· Working with the heads of Bank and Customer sales to refine the on-boarding process in line with member and customer needs

· Responding to ad hoc Member and Customer queries.

Assisting in ad hoc project and department tasks as required

Responsibilities

To be the central point of contact to manage the introduction of new members and their clients to ForexClear
Attend relevant meetings with Sales / Product to engage members in the on-boarding process Work with ForexClear IT, Risk and Operations thorough the testing cycles Liaise with external vendors as required Liaise with LCH.Clearnet legal on member documentation Liaise with LCH.Clearnet membership department to gain relevant approvals. Maintain checklists of on-boarding documentation in conjunction with other departments Be responsible for all member on-boarding communication, through the process, until they are live Ensure good communication channels throughout on-boarding with the sales heads and escalation of any issues as necessary Ensuring the MIS /pipeline reporting is current and accurate for those clients in on-boarding Working with the heads of Bank and Customer sales to refine the on-boarding process in line with member and customer needs Define the point at which the on-boarding function takes over from sales and product briefings; be responsible for the member from that point until they go live Work with the sales heads to better automate and refine the on-boarding process Regular meetings with the sales heads to discuss any issues and progress Responding to ad hoc Member and Customer queries. Be the central point of contact for members and their clients during on-boarding Engage other members of the ForexClear team to resolve issues during the on-boarding process, ensuring that members' and their clients 'concerns are addressed Assisting in ad hoc project and department tasks as required As part of the ForexClear Business Unit contribute to the smooth running of the service and the development of new products and functionality as required

Required skills and experience

Degree-level education (Finance, Economics, or related business fields)Project management knowledge IT Skills - use of Microsoft products (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook) and CRM systems (Salesforce.com, Sharepoint) Five years or more in the Financial services industry Track record of delivery in business process management with financial products Excellent track record of working with members / customersOverall (end to end) understanding and working experiences of clearing and CCP servicesInternational experiences in financial service environment (e.g. North America, Continental Europe, Asia) Ability to lead and manage a small teamAbility to define and refine multi-faceted processes Strong analytical and problem solving skill setKnowledge of product specification, and trade lifecycle of

  2. FX Non deliverable forwards and Non deliverable options
