You'll work with a broad range of teams to develop and coordinate the delivery of the performance across multiple contact channels, you'll build and maintain a central hub where business insight and planning excellence are developed
What you'll need?
· You must have detailed knowledge of Contact Centre operational planning / Demand Forecasting including awareness of industry systems and best practice.
· You will be ale to demonstrate excellent internal and external senior stakeholder / supplier and customer relationship management. Your communication skills are second to none.
· You should be highly disciplined in Medium Short term planning
· As Head of Operational Performance you need to also have a proven track record of delivery in the area of Forecasting and scheduling and operations management
· You will have knowledge of process mapping / re-engineering and productivity management as well as Contact centre planning experience
