Head Of Operational Risk
The Head of Operational Risk will work across all of the Bank's businesses with responsibility for developing, implementing and embedding the operational risk framework, defining methodologies and mitigating exposure. The role has a focus on setting policy, scenario analysis, risk appetite and training.
This is a senior hire and the candidate is expected to present at a senior level and support the Global Head of Risk at committee and board meetings.
Candidates must demonstrate a proven career in operational risk with technical knowledge and a risk partnering approach.
