Head Of Operational Risk recruitment
As Head Of Operational Risk for Global Banking Markets you will work closely with the COO of the business to ensure operational risk is managed and mitigated. Taking on an advisory role to the business to ensure improvements and risk mitigation. Managing a small team this is a wholistic operational risk role that covers all aspects of operational risk and Internal control with a real business focus.
The desired candidate will have extensive experience of Global Banking markets, Corporate and Institutional Banking. Working in a senior role as COO or Senior Business Leader in this area you will have in-depth knowledge of the operational risks associated with the business and be able to evidence this. Candidates that do not have operational risk experience but extensive Banking and Markets experience will be strongly considered as well as candidates from other governance disciplines such as Internal Audit, Compliance, Finance and Legal.
It is essential that the candidate is bilingual English and French.
