Head of Operational Support/Banking/Cash/ATM/ recruitment

The main purpose of the role is to provide Operational Support to staff at Branches and departments. This will include efficiently managing the Banks Cash portfolio and ATM network and to improve risk controls/mitigation and ensure uptodate policies as per ISO standards and to coordinate customer/operations and data clean up excersises. You will have a team of 14 initially (3 direct reports) to deliver these projects / special projects across Cash Management, policies, data clean up, business continuity, risk controls, document control, process improvement and others. To qualify you should be a graduate with 10 years + Banking Operations experience and have proven track record of working on similar / related projects ideally across central cash operations, policies and projects, controls and planning/strategic planning in particular.
