Head of Operations – Corporate & Transaction Banking recruitment
As a senior executive of the Bank to lead and manage the Corporate Transaction Banking Operations Division with the following functional areas:
- Trade and Supply Chain
- Payment Cash Management
- Securities Services
- Loan Operations
The successful incumbent shall drive the Operations Group to provide high quality and efficient services to the relevant Business and Functional Units of the Bank, while adhering to pre-determined service levels, as well as compliance and operational risk standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver operations services in a cost efficient and effective manner that also meets the service levels agreed.
- Provide and implement the strategic direction of Operations Division and related initiatives
- Manage the people resources within Operations Division to ensure good morale, teamwork, and staff development.
- Manage the relationship with various business and support unit heads to ensure alignment with business strategies
- Ensure full compliance to internal and various external and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
The successful incumbent shall be a seasoned banker responsible for managing a sizable banking operation in Hong Kong as an Operations Head or in a similar capacity. Ability to communication in Chinese and English is a prerequisite.
