Head of Operations – Indonesia recruitment
The Position
Looking after all country operations for a Global Markets and Corporate Banking business, this role will be a broad based, heavily client facing focussed role that requires exceptional stakeholder management and understanding of a Global reporting Matrix.
As well as monitoring BAU activities associated with Investment Banking operations business, other key areas of responsibility include:
• Understanding of regulatory environment, upcoming changes to legislation and impact on the business
• Management of a large number of direct reports and involvement in staff development
• Operational Risk Management
• Strategic review of operations and identify opportunities for Change Management
The bank is heavily involved across the traditional FICC product suite of Global Markets as well as Corporate Banking (Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, Cash Management). It is required that the leader of the Country operations be a subject matter expert in at least one of these business streams.
