Head of Operations – Transaction Banking (SME, Commercial) - Beijing
• Strong Operations knowledge including risk controls
• Good with Trade products and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
• Be responsible to build up and maintain good risk control environment to ensure fully compliance the risk control policy
• Manage budget requirements
• Effectively supervise team members and re-engineer the work flows where necessary
• Maintain/develop business relationship with customers by visiting and providing satisfactory services
• Manage stakeholder, business units and effectively handle any outstanding issues
• Be the contact point for local authorities on operational issues
• Manage new project implementation as well as BAU
Requirements
• Relevant University degree
• Thorough understand of Trade product and regulatory requirements
• Atleast 10 years’ experience in the industry with 5 in a similar team lead position
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical capabilities
Base salary of RMB 600 000
