Our client is a major global bank with significant presence across Asia Pacific. There is now an exciting opportunity within its Indonesian business for a dynamic operations leader to manage its country operations team.
This is a challenging role where you will provide direction and leadership to the operations team in support of the bank's Indonesian businesses and their strategic initiatives. You will ensure robust controls, continuous process improvements and play a key role in strategic infrastructure initiatives, as well as ensure that your team’s performance and development are actively managed. This is a key management role where you will work closely with senior management on complex transactions/projects and will interface directly with regional head office.
You are degree qualified with strong operations experience gained in major banks in Indonesia. You have exposure to trade finance, cash management and treasury products, good knowledge of the country regulations and business practices. You have strong leadership, problem solving and change management skills, and is a hands on manager. Strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across levels is essential.
