Head of Operations / MO (Ops analyst level to step up) – Hedge Fund – 50
The current CFO / COO requires a strong operations analyst to come in and look after all middle office and operational responsibilities, in addition to providing front office support. The hire is to be given the title of ‘Head of Operations’ given that they are to grow out a team under them beyond this year. Eventual progression in to a COO role is also possible.
The candidate should currently be working in a hedge fund operations / middle office role and whilst they can currently be managing a team, it is more likely that the candidate will be performing a hands on operations role and is looking for a role that would provide a step up and much stronger growth potential (as opposed to a current season head of ops).
The client is offering a base salary of 50-60k, but would not rule out an increase for candidates currently earning in the early 60’s. The bonus potential is large.
