Head of Operations & Product Management recruitment
The Job
• To oversee the Product Management team in strategizing and developing the products for bancassurance channels, preparation of dashboards and reports to within the company and IT interfaces
• To oversee the Service Support team in the support of administrative matters for sales staff and customers.
• To lead projects that enhances the operational efficiencies and synergies between the staff.
The Person
• Degree holder with at least 8 years of insurance experience, with experience in the areas of operations and/or products will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills including ability to develop and maintain good relationships.
• Self-motivated, committed and possess initiative drive in the job.
• Meticulous and able to work independently.
• Good people management and leadership skills to lead and manage a team.
