Head of Operations recruitment
This is an excellent role for someone with a good credit background but has also seen other products - derivatives and equities.
The nature of this role is setting up the operational structure from scratch and leading from the front in running and designing how this should run.
This would suit someone that is currently a Head of Operations or is a no. 2 in a large shop and looking for their next role/challenge
Understanding or background in the following areas will also be of interest to our client along with depth of knowledge in hedge fund operations (core knowledge required initial is credit) :
1. Accounting experience.
2. Understanding of hedging - euro classes, fx and financing.
3. Collateral management.
4. Experience of paladyne.
5. Credit valuation knowledge.
The role will be competitive and the strong background in hedge fund operations is important along with a strong base knowledge around credit and other products.
