Job description:
The Head of Operations will play an integral role in executing the Bank's strategic, long and short term business initiatives. This requires close collaboration with senior management to assess operational impact, drive organizational effectiveness, identify and optimize areas of financial opportunity and develop strategic initiatives to meet the Bank's objectives.
The Head of Operations will be responsible for directly supervising the Bank's support functions, consisting a team of approx 50 staff with all levels, including fund transfers, client account opening and documentation, clients interbank FX, MM, derivative, securities, investment fund and precious metals trading activities, provision of securities custodial services, oversee the day-to-day business operations of the Bank and work with the Asia Region Chief Operating Officer to develop and implement Bank's long- term support strategy.
Requirements
- MinimumUniversitydegree level
- At least 10 years experience in private banking or wealth management team within a commercial bank, holding similar or equivalent position;
- Provision of back office support functions; and Experience in sourcing of back office support functions will definitely be an advantage
