Head of Operations recruitment
- Experience in dealing with Futures and Options, FX, Equities, Fixed Income and OTC Derivatives
- Good knowledge of systems - RN or GMI

Our client is a one of the world's leading broker of exchange listed futures and options and is currently looking to hire an experienced Head of Operations.
You will be responsible for managing the Operations Team with about 30 people. Some of the main responsibilities would include managing and supervising SGX derivatives clearing, FX settlements and having significant contribution to the strategic input of liaising with global product specialists. You will also be working closely with the product and function heads on new business initiatives.
There will also be daily liaison with Finance/ Risk/ Compliance/ Treasury and Legal departments and also ensuring continued compliance with evolving regulatory and exchange rules, and understanding of the governance arrangements both regionally and globally.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- A Bachelor Degree
- Excellent understanding of Futures and Options, FX, Equities, Fixed Income and OTC Derivatives
- Knowledge of RN or GMI
- Track record of managing a team
- Analytical and numerate
- Strong communication and relationship skills
