Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer this senior role will manage the overall operations transformation strategy across the Wealth Operations business. You will successfully lead the business change agenda to drive process improvement, business reengineering, multi campus agenda, customer experience and various business integration / cross business projects.
Skills, Knowledge Experience:
- Tertiary qualified with at least 7 years experience of process management
- Experience in managing and coaching a program team to drive fundamental improvements in ability to meet KPI targets, Business Improvement Goals and directly contribute to our strategic initiatives is a plus
- Good knowledge of banking/Operations and its cost drivers
- Extensive experience of Integration and Change at business leadership level across multiple geographies, with solid experience of specialist supporting functions such as Legal, Procurement, Risk , Audit, Technology
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills on all levels
