Head of Operations/Banking Operations (Consumer,Wholesale, Treasury) recruitment
Reporting the Chief Operations Officer of this leading bank the incumbent will have strategic and operational oversight of the banks Operations and assist the COO in the development and implemenation of the banks Operational Strategy from vision, processes and procedures and quality enhancement/improvements in line with best practices and applying newest/latest methodologies to build a highly efficient, controlled and proactive function. The role will have a team of 30+ (with at least 5 direct reports) and play a key role in working with business heads to ensure all departments are not only in compliance but that requirements are bing met and exceeded and that processes and procedures and activities are continiously improved. The role calls for an experienced Head of Banking Operations (ideally with experience across Retail/Consumer banking, Wholesale Banking and Treasury Operations) with approx 15 years experience with at least 4 to 5 in a senior leadership position. Experience and track record of efficiency and high standards, quality and process improvement through strategic and operational leadership is also required.
