Head of Operations/Business Development
Our client is looking to hire someone to lead their international operations and business development activities. They require an optimal candidate to have both bulge bracket and start-up experience. They need someone with a strong prime brokerage background, good middle office and project management experience. This is growing business and operation so will require someone to get their hands dirty. A Deep understanding of buyside prime brokerage needs across both financing and execution is required. You will have dealt with synthetic PB solutions, posess a good knowledge of execution platforms and electronic trading (algos/TCA/post trade services/CSA). It is a pre-requisite to have a good knowledge of stock lending and borrowing as well as repo markets.
If you have experience operating with non USD currencies or exposure in emerging markets, ideally Russian markets, would be highly beneficial.
