Head of Payments and Trade recruitment

This is highly commercial role and will require you to have broad knowledge of the trade and payments business in the region. You will understand the market landscape from the perspective of multiple financial institutions and corporates.  

The role requires that you work exceptionally closely with Sales and Relationship Management teams in order to define target segments, revenue potential, communications and internal training, thus we are looking for someone who intuitively understands strategic marketing and business development.    Although knowledge of payments products would be a definite asset it is even more crucial that you bring a strong commercial awareness and are able to define and implement effective and focused plans to drive revenue generation and support a wider regional strategy. 

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a team of experts across the region

• Deliver and ensure the execution of the region’s strategy and plans to grow market share and revenue from payments, cash management, trade and supply chain finance

• Raise the profile of the business in the Asia Pacific

It is essential that you:

• Have the ability to define and articulate marketing and sales plans

• Knowledge of payments and/or trade finance services, preferably in a product management and/or sales role

• Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a diverse, multicultural environment and across geographies and teams

• Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills most notably with senior stakeholders

• Are able to lead and manage a team of experienced professionals
