Full Job Description

My client a national food manufacturer is seeking an exceptional Head of Pay Reward to join their dynamic team for a 9 month Fixed Term Contract. This large organisation is renowned for their innovative work ethic and a well known and established organisation within the market place.

Candidates Duties include:
Heading up the Payroll Department - internal team of 4
Responsible for the Reward Strategy, Benefits, Pay reviews bonus's, pensions and have knowledge of auto enrolment
Project manage a number of pay related projects
The organisation is in the advanced stages of implementing auto enrolment and starting to look at Real Time Information which will be rolled out next year, so knowledge of this would be a distinct advantage

The successful candidate will be very knowledgeable in payroll, and be an experienced project manager. The ideal individual will need to be passionate and driven in order to succeed in this exciting organisation.
