Our client is a major bank with diverse products services and has a strong footprint in the region. Due to an internal progression, they are now recruiting a Head of Performance Management for Corporate Investment Bank.

Managing a team, you will provide timely and efficient performance analysis using for South East Asia. You also prepare APAC monthly revenue flash reports for financing business lines. You are responsible for South East Asia forecasting and budgeting process and participate actively in APAC Performance Management project as being a permanent member of the Regional Weekly PM committee and contribute to designing appropriate KPIs and monitoring tool to allow for Managers measure the performance and take appropriate decisions. You will spearhead the Budget project in Singapore and any SEA location converted from standard module in 2012.

University MBA or equivalent. Strong Management Accounting experience, in banking industry. Proficient in MS office applications, Macro knowledge will be a plus. Excellent communication skills – Ability to develop a Relationship with Senior Management. Prior successful Management Experience. Strong analytical skills, proactive and autonomous. Good organisation skills, can handle tight deadlines. Good inter personal and communication skills, client oriented attitude.
