RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop pricing strategies across key product lines country markets
- Work closely with local marketing finance teams in driving price setting using latest pricing research tools
- Create unique price strategies for customer acquisition, retention cross selling
- Optimise customer-focused price sensitivity analysis (e.g. interest rates, fees, insurance etc.),
- Drive pricing research on all product pricing decisions
- Developing strong competitor intelligence analysis
- Develop tools promote best practice to improve pricing expertise across the region
ESSENTIAL SKILLS EXPERIENCE:
- Degree (MBA, ACA, etc) qualified with significant financial services experience preferably gained in a large Retail Bank
- Extensive experience of price setting in a B2B B2C pricing environment
- Excellent commercial skills and experience gained in leading or supporting product / marketing activities
- Strong financial skills in a marketing pricing context
- Highly analytical with strong statistical modelling skills (e.g. logistical regression)
- Proven ability to lead large projects implement change around pricing business profitability
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels in an organization including CEOs.
- Willing to travel extensively within the CEMEA region
- Good understanding of channel marketing
