Recent restructuring has seen the introduction of a new CEO to their London based office, and this CEO is now looking to add a senior colleague in the position of Head of Operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior candidate to come into a rapidly expanding organization. The CEO has big plans for 2012 and the subsequent years, and a successful applicant will work alongside the CEO in spearheading the growth of the group.
A successful candidate should have significant experience in a similarly senior operations position, as the position would entail the following functions:
1.Management of day to day Foreign Exchange; Money Market and Securities settlements.
2.Management of Corporate Private Banking Operations department
3.Liaising with the COO and IT Manager to ensure high level of operational effectiveness in the areas of operations, IT and premises, and business continuity/disaster recovery arrangements including introducing new technology and systems where appropriate.
4.Ensuring that any new or amended products /processes introduced into the Bank are appropriately handled and procedures manuals/guides updated with the necessary changes.
5.Advising the COO of any operational / settlement issues arising in a timely and appropriate manner
6.Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations to aforementioned responsibilities.
This is a senior level hire, and so the remuneration will be judged accordingly.
