Head of Procurement recruitment
As their Head of Procurement, your job will be to manage a team of procurement staff (~12 people). You will be preparing and implementing procurement strategies across multiple functions with a primary focus on IT software and Hardware.
As the procurement head, you will need to show strong communication skills, negotiation skills and a proven track record of dealing with procurement policies, procedures and processes to ensure discipline and governance.
You will be reporting directly to the CFO so decisions will be leaned towards streamlining the finance within the business, including the overseeing of service level agreements, procedures for external consultanies, and ensuring the compliance of supply risk is met.
In return, you will be offered a position of autonomy and the backing from the CFO to streamline the business finance.
