Head of Product Control and Middle Office recruitment
Our client is a leading financial institution with growing presence in Singapore. They are looking to bring on an seasoned professional in a newly created role to raise the profile of the company and develop the remit under control into a world-class set-up. Sat atop of the head of product control and the head of middle office, you will be driving the recruitment and development of the two divisions whilst moulding the two areas into a more succinctly linked / efficiently interfacing spaces in the business. Key responsibilities include the supporting of all relevant stakeholders, supporting the trading room and FO, facing off to your global counterparts around the firm, aligning goals with global strategy and so on.
I am looking for candidates who have strong experience in Product Control, with all-rounded exposure in that space. You should have first-rate experience with financial products, instruments and process change around the PnL, balance sheet and trade lifecycle.
