Head of Product Development – Funds & Structured Products recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining product strategies and features according to Investment Products such as ELNs, Funds, Currency Linked Deposit and FX-related products to achieve the sales and revenue target
- Formulating and executing the marketing strategies and programs.
- Leading the team to develop business plans to drive Investment Services and relevant product and services to meet business targets
- Leading the team to ensure effective product management including product due diligence, product provider selection and ongoing review
- Identifying new business opportunities and liaising with external business partners to manage investment product selection, expanding penetration to existing customer base as well as acquiring new customers
- Providing guidance and coaching to subordinates as required to ensure that they meet their targets and performance
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum of 10 years relevant working experience in banking/ financial institutions
- Good understand of Retail Financial Services Products, customer behavior and competitive arena
- Strong network with fund house and investment banking
- Aggressive, highly flexible and determine to deliver assigned business targets
- Good sense of market change and analytical with good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
