Head of Programme Delivery
Leading London based bank is currently seeking the talents of a Head of Programme Delivery to work across multiple Programmes of work within the Wholesale Trading,
We are seeking a Programme Director who has strong trading / financial markets experience and product knowledge. The role will be controlling the delivery of around 40+ projects across the portfolio with budgets exceeding £50m+.
The ideal candidate will have a mixture of Business and IT experience which will allow them to gain the respect of some very senior stakeholders on the business side. They will need to have significant experience of high profile programmes of work with Stakeholder Management experience to CIO/COO/Director level.
Essential experience:
· Portfolio / Senior Programme Management / Programme Director experience
· Significant experience and product knowledge within trading / wholesale markets
· Experience of managing a portfolio consisting multiple Programmes / 40+ projects running concurrently
· Senior stakeholder management experience to CIO / COO / Director Level.
· IT Programmes / Project experience with any exposure to the business side
· Banking experience is a MUST
