The Head of Project Delivery is accountable for managing successful initiation, mobilisation and implementation of country level technology projects and initiatives for the Singapore branch. The role also manages engagement with major projects/programs and senior stakeholders (including Regional Heads of Technology, and Business Unit Heads) to execute Technology strategy while ensuring adequate oversight of Global and Regional projects delivering technology services into ANZ Singapore.

The successful incumbent will reports to the Head of Information Technology for Singapore and is accountable for managing delivery of country level projects and initiatives within agreed time-frames, budget and quality in accordance with ANZ standard project management methodologies.

You will be responsible for leading and transforming the Singapore Retail, Wealth and Private Bank Technology Application Delivery function and managing business engagement to ensure effective prioritisation of "change the bank" activities.

This will include developing business cases and funding approvals, and monitoring annual project budget.

Qualifications:

The gravity of the role demands candidates with at least 8-10 years experience leading major projects/programs of Technology change including application delivery/SDLC.

Prior experience in core banking and internet banking replacement projects would be highly regarded along with formal training and certification in a recognised Project Management methodology, and proven ability to develop budgets and effectively manage finances, and project delivery resources.

Extensive experience in managing projects in a complex environment including demonstrated planning and organisational skills will be imperative.

Highly developed problem solving skills and communication skills will be mandatory.

Tertiary qualifications in an IT related field such as computer science, software engineering or business systems management would be highly regarded.
