Head of Project Management Asia Pacific recruitment
Responsibilities include:
- To lead the Project Management team to plan, drive, manage and be accountable for the success of operational and business related projects
- To manage and handle cross-departmental projects for the region from initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring controlling and closing stage, i.e., needs to manage time, scope, cost, quality, resources of each project.
- To assist other departments by providing Project Management Framework guidelines, defining the projects, preparing the work plan and consolidating Project Status report.
Planning (Strategy, Budget
- Role-holder must propose project plans and obtain management buy-in. Estimation and management of budget will be essential. Project Plan must consist of measurable, realistic, finite goals whose achievement can be assessed objectively. Multiple projects in different phases of completion will require prioritisation skills and the ability to justify resources allocation plans and decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a degree with additional Project Management qualifications such as six sigma, Prince etc and have at least 8 years experience leading projects within Asset management.
