Head of Property Accounts – Birmingham recruitment
One of the UK's leading property advisors is currently looking to recruit for a Head of Client Accounts in their Birmingham based office. This is a senior Director level role and will be responsible for a large team of property client accountants.
This position will assume overall responsibility for all client reporting, cash management and accounting requirements. This Head of Client Accounts role (Director) will also be accountable for improving process and procedures across the department where necessary and acting as a bridge between the client accounts function in Birmingham and the senior Directors in the London based office.
To successfully apply for this Head of Property Client Accounts role you will need to have substantial experience within the Property Management or Property Consultancy industry and have headed up a significant client accounts function in the past. Ideally you will be ACCA / CIMA or ACA Qualified although my client is also open to look at individuals that are Qualified by Experience. You will also need to be either based or able to travel to Birmingham.
