Head of QNB First Research recruitment
This person will support to drive frontline performance through targeted and effective sales campaigns, sales incentive programs and cross sell activities and will be responsible for benchmarking local productivity and performance related matrices to guidelines. The incumbent will drive technology projects which will improve information flow and increase efficacy of alternate channels.
Essential Duties Responsibilities by Dimensions:
A. Shareholder Financial:
- Through data mining of the QNB First portfolio and through information gathering, the incumbent will be responsible to translate portfolio information and behavioral dynamics to help devise a highly focused and effective sales and service strategy
- Responsible for driving execution of key business imperatives including New to the Bank client acquisition, deepening existing client relationships and providing product specific focus to ensure the business meets or exceeds the agreed financial and service deliverables
- Support the Senior Manager, Relationship Management and the Service Manager with portfolio behavior information to help devise effective sales and service initiatives
B. Customer (Internal External):
- Drive frontline performance by devising and executing performance matrices for all staff
- Will be a single point contact with Business Heads and Product managers for executing product initiatives, sharing best practices and success transfers, sharing and benchmarking productivity related matrices with guidelines
- Responsible for sales campaigns and cross sell activities
- Responsible for data mining activities, reports generation, business updates
- Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with all other related branches, departments units of the Group to achieve goals/objectives.
C.Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory):
- Spearhead projects and facilitate closure on relevant issues critical to business
- Ensure strict adherence to the Group’s policies procedures
- Review audit findings and take appropriate and timely corrective actions
D. Learning Knowledge:
- Identify areas for professional development of self and act to enhance professional development.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 8 years financial experience with a strong knowledge of IT platforms
- Well-informed of the market competitive structure, industry practices and regulations for the wealth management segment.
- Skilled in Data Mining and excellent analytical abilities to translate data into effective strategy
- Able to effectively develop creative solutions to complex product and client issues

- Good understanding of the high networth segment, its needs and expectations.
- Good oral and written communication skills (including report writing presentations) in English and Arabic (preferable).
