Head of Rates e-Trading recruitment
The Interest rate business is constantly ranked Top 5 globally by Euromoney / Risk and has received multiple awards in recent years.
Main Responsibilities:
The candidate will:
• To identify, implement and manage the business strategy for the Rates e-Trading business
• In conjunction with other senior managers manage the day to day business across implementation on-going development
• Work with senior stake holders across the Fixed income group to maximise the business integration across the rates business areas
• The constant creation and maintenance of new eTrading /algo trading strategies by analysing evolving market microstructure, client demand and execution performance
Candidate Profile:
- The successful candidate will be a recognized market leader in the identification, implementation and management of a Rates eTrading platform
- At least 5 years' experience in electronic trading within the interest rate environment
- Experience within FX eTrading / Algo trading would be advantageous
• Experienced senior business manager with the ability to manage and implement business wide solutions
• Versatile communicator, able to adapt style to suit the audience.
Technical Skills:
- MSc / PhD required in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or Engineering
- Knowledge in microstructure research, pre and post trade analytics and impact cost estimation
