Head of Real Estate Funds recruitment
Leap29 are currently conducting a search for a Head of Funds for a leading investment house in Asia. With a proven track record in real estate funds across Asia, they are about to a launch a new fund under a JV partnership.
The Head of Real Estate Funds will be responsible assisting with the additional capital raising from investors in Asia, Europe and North America. You will also be expected to manage the fund and aid with the structuring of the fund. The selected candidate will form part of the executive management team, reporting to the Board and CEO. They will also be responsible for managing a team of 10 within their fund management division. Therefore previous experience in an executive position is essential.
To be considered for the role a candidate will have the following credentials;
-20-30 years experience within the real estate industry
-At least 5 years experience in Asia
-Experience of raising US$500 Million across 2/3 funds or products
-At least 10 years experience in fund management
Salary for the position will vary depending on the candidates past experience, however a salary of US$300,000 per annum plus bonus is to be expected.
