Head of Records Management – Wealth Management Operations recruitment
As the head for Records Management - you are part of Wealth Management Operations (WMO), Account Services. You will be leading 3 teams (UDC – Upfront Document Center; CR – Client Reporting; DR – Data Records) with 25 staff as well as be the functional lead within Hong Kong Singapore.
Constant drive for process improvements; implementation of new processes/changes in processes as well as reduction in operational risks and sharing best practices will be a major part of this challenging and interactive role.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- functional lead when it comes to output management (advices/statements) and providing expert know-how, support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders who are planning changes in client output related areas
- functional lead for all processes within records management; work and sharing best practice with our peers in HK
- functional lead for upfront document center – document handling (checking, rejection, scanning, archiving) for WM
- proactively supporting stakeholders (in Singapore and Hong Kong) in project meetings and discussions to understand the needs of the stakeholders and to provide information and structuring guidance on the establishment of required changes or requests - taking consultancy function in projects
- develop and train up the talent members to increase management bandwidth and any key-person dependency
Key Deliverables:
- representing Records management in respective advisory boards as well as in coordination and prioritization meetings
- close relationship and partnership with stakeholders within WMO as well as markets colleagues
- drive Records management related initiatives and projects on process improvements, new business requirements and system implementation through close interaction with other stakeholders (within/outside Operations)
- reporting and support functions to markets
- developing and maintaining a network of external and internal Service Providers
Our ideal candidates should have the following requisites:
- prior experience leading a team as well as in a business management role and/or project management experience would be preferable
- strong analytical and conceptual skills and ability to understand complex procedures and processes
- drive and commitment as well as the ability to motivate others, proactive, hands-on mentality and good problem solving skills are essential
- team work and ability to influence internal business stakeholders/partners and drive business decisions across product groups
- excellent client service skills
