We have the Head of Regional Management Real Estate available at our corporate headquarters location in Danvers, MA. This key contributor position will be responsible for the entrepreneurial direction of a Regional Management department within Real Estate Management for NAFTA and Latin America. The candidate will define strategic aims of OSRAM Real Estate Management for all regional Real Estate projects, in conjunction with local Property and Facility Manager. This includes: - Renting and letting, relocations within the framework of site consolidations - Maintenance and investment projects, incl. new-build projects - Optimization of operator concepts - Building law developments - Purchases and sales including all preparations and post closing activities - MA, in relation to real estate aspects This position is also responsible for formulating Real Estate strategies for the region to meet customer needs, in conjunction with market conditions and statutory regulations. Will be responsible for reporting of real estate property-specific data for the region.
